Established in 2021, New Engineering Excellence was founded with a single conviction: that Saudi Arabia's most critical public infrastructure deserved a contractor that combined technical rigour with an unwavering commitment to delivery.
In just five years, we have grown from a focused civil contractor into a fully integrated construction group — capable of delivering complex, multi-discipline projects from a single point of accountability. Our portfolio spans highways, government complexes, power infrastructure, and high-specification interior works.
Today, NEX operates across 8 regions of the Kingdom with a workforce of over 500 professionals — engineers, project managers, site supervisors, and specialist tradespeople — all aligned to one standard: deliver what we promise, on time, every time.
